Cleanliness was impressive, very hygienic throughout my stay. The location was also great as it was easily accessible by public transport and had a lot of shops nearby. the hotel offered a few amenities such as soap and shampoo that made my stay more comfortable.
On the flip side, there were a few issues I experienced, starting with the room. It was much smaller than expected and didn't live up to the advertised pictures.

During New Year's Eve, we enjoyed a clean place and well-maintained amenities. the location was convenient for us since it was near several restaurants and shopping districts.
The room was relatively small and didn't resemble the photos advertised on the website. the staff seemed to have trouble communicating in English, and we waited a long time for our meals, which weren't included in our reservation.

Cleanliness was the best aspect, everything was super clean. The facilities were nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had a good variety of options. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to transportation and parking.

the room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with hot water. the staff was hospitable and provided great service despite their limited knowledge of English. Although breakfast was not included, the wait for food was worth it, with a delicious and satisfying spread available. the hotel facilities were also adequate with all the necessary amenities provided.
The hotel's location was quite far from the center, making it less accessible for travelers.
